Rodrigo Lima  joined CNW Group in 2008 and has been actively involved in the local communications industry, volunteered in many professional associations, former Executive Vice-President of IABC/Montréal (International Association of Business Communicators),  former Sponsorship Director for the Quebec Latin-American Chamber of Commerce.   He is also a regular guest speaker at McGill University to share with students on how to enable clients in engaging audiences, enhance campaigns and strengthen data-driven decisions and the many services available in order to achieve their communications’ goals.  The combination of his degree in Public Relations at the Université de Montréal, his work experience, affinity for public speaking and social media aptitude has allowed Mr. Lima to become well-versed in the field of communications.

As director of strategic accounts, he provided a high level of service to Communication Agencies (Public Relations, Investor Relation and Marketing), Public Traded Companies, Private and Not-for-Profit Organizations by growing our relationships and partnerships. He was responsible for maintaining and building strong partners relationships and for growing an existing assigned territory through right selling the Cision’s portfolio of services to existing clients and closing new opportunities with a target list of prospects.

Currently, he manages a team sales development representatives who contribute in building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel for the entire sales force in Canada.
