On Wednesday July 6th, Newtown was hosting what’s to become Montreal’s Communicators Rendez-vous, the #PRMixer.
On its fourth edition, organizers welcomed over two hundreds guests. The young, hip and social media trendy crowd was present. The event was bound to be a success that even Mother Nature blessed it by bringing back the sun to a day that seemed to unfold with stormy weather.
As the success of these series of events continues, Tourism Montreal joined in the celebrations and became a sponsor, a much appreciated contribution. Event partners, like our blog contributor Chamsi Dib Photography were present to capture the event and bring some charming pictures of PR Professionals are the best!
On a personal note, I would like to thank Alexandra Graveline and Vincent White, as well as the contributors to the organization of the event. Two thumbs up!

On May 17th 2011, IABC/Montréal hosted its annual Big Cheese Event with guest speaker David Grossman, followed by a community cocktail as the new board for the 2011-2012 season was introduced.
IABC/Montréal welcomes Sharon Hunter as the new president and her team for another chapter in the history of the association. I personnaly would like to wish them a tremendous success for all of their upcoming projects.

The second edition of the #PRmixer was held last Friday night at Rachel Rachel Resto Lounge in Montreal. #PRmixer sought to bring the PR and online community together for a no fuss and presentation free event. It was deemed a raging success with close to 115 industry professionals participating in the meetup. Chamsi Dib was present and capturing images of the event as official photographer.
